The future and where to go

This podcast began long before it hit iTunes. It began as a internet radio show, and grew beyond that. I love talking WoW. I love interacting with other players, and for this reason I have lowbie characters on more servers than I can count. The problem I have is two fold. First, we have my desire to make a good sounding show, one that will not bore people, or send them screaming from my feed. Some call it being a perfectionist. The second, is my procrastination. I put things off, and often the show has taken a back seat to my goals in game, like getting my Paladin his netherdrake after finally having enough to get him an epic bird. At this time, he is no more than one week away from that point. The problem at this point is not in desire, as he was in the same place a week ago.
My PC died on me, and while I wait on a new one, and hope I can find my game discs, I am stuck out of game. I do not wish to lose the account I have been working on for 2+ years, so I am afraid of letting someone else use my account. So Medros sits there, nearly to drake, with 2 weeks worth of ore turn ins, and getting nowhere. The booterang he has not thrown, peons he has not poisoned, flayers have not fallen at his plated feet, and that red skin, which I must say actually makes his armor look good, has not covered him. Arita hasn’t bombed any Kaliri eggs, and cursed the monstrous ones for their ability to daze. Ameland has not escorted any prisoners to their safety. My account is stalled. The only thing that still runs, is the game time.
Back to the basis of this post. I have found that the segments I have done for The Elf and Dwarf have been fun. They have given me an outlet, and I can do them, from writing to email, in less than an hour. I am not sure I can express my thoughts about WoW in such short segments, but awhile ago, one of the applicants suggested a shorter format than the 1-1.5 hour one I am on now. I think, for the sake of the show, that this will be the case. I want to take this show to a 20 minute show, and to be recorded and published whenever I have something to say. Ironically, I have a lot to say now, but no outlet to do it with. So, that is the plan. I have 2 shows part done, which will likely both be scrapped. I will likely rerecord or edit down the best and worst segment I did, and release it as is. I will keep my Blog updated with the status of a computer, and I hope I can count on you all to come back when I am back online on a regular basis.
